Image Gallery - DNA Probe
Z-stacks of fluorescent DNA probe images were acquired on Olympus BX51 with UPlanFl 40X
0.75NA objective with step size 0.25 microns and processed with
AllFocus V0.99.
In each pair left image is the
Z-stack animation and right image is the Merged Image produced by AllFocus.
In this case the
focus method was maximum of all images in the stack.
